2009 Employee Campaign Surpasses Goal
Thanks to the generosity of our employees, the 2009 Employee Campaign raised more than $129,000 to support patient care and hospital programs!  Even amidst a challenging economy, the employees of St. Anthony Hospital give not only their time and talents but also share their treasures.  Every dollar raised directly benefits the Hospital – from patient care, to education, to employee support, to campus development.

The success of the 2009 campaign is just another example of the caliber of employees at work at St. Anthony.  Our employees believe in and exemplify the mission statement of the hospital - Through our exceptional health care services, we reveal the healing presence of God.

While the Employee Campaign promotions have ended, employees may make a contribution or pledge at any time.  To make a one-time online donation, click on Give Online Today..., please add Employee Campaign in the comments section of our online donation form.  You may also download the pledge form below and return it to the Foundation office (826 NW 11th or fax 270-7607).

What is the Employee Giving Campaign?
St. Anthony Foundation organizes an annual fundraising campaign to ask St. Anthony employees to give.  This is the only campaign that directly supports the hospital.

How Can I Give a Donation?
Payroll deduction provides the easiest way to contribute to the Employee Campaign.  You may also make a one-time gift with a check or credit card.  Complete the donation form provided by your supervisor, or download a form below  Employees may make a gift to the Foundation at any time during the year.

Where Do I Turn in My Pledge Form?
Give completed pledge forms to your supervisor.  Supervisors will return all forms to the Foundation office via inter-office mail.

When Will My Pledge Begin?
If you make your pledge through payroll deduction, deductions will begin with the June 12 paycheck.  If you're paying a previous Employee Campaign pledge, your 2009 pledge will not begin until your previous pledge has been completed.

Who Benefits from My Donation?
The Foundation has 18 funds that directly benefit patients, employees and the Hospital.  You may direct your gift to the fund of your choice, or simply to support the area of greatest need.
